As we all know, tomorrow is the Super Bowl....er...I mean "BIG GAME".

Here is where we would like for everyone that will be doing a cook for this event, to post it here. This is an informal "challenge" of sorts.

Only 2 rules.

#1. Have fun!

#2. A Grill or Smoker must be involved. Charcoal, gas, electric, WSM whatever. (We love pics of the starring Grill(s)/Smoker(s) being used too!)

Please Post your "BIG GAME" cooks HERE! You can go as far as to show off each step, or just the end result. Be as detailed as you like! This is a pretty informal contest.

with that copper performer in the mix, we may have to work harder because that gets extra points for class

About and hour and ten minutes in....I have 3 apples scewered on the rod with 2 inside the bird and 1 between the legs to help balance the load...read that somewhere and am trying it out for the first time:
