Here is my contribution.
Fired up the baby WSM and the 26.


Marinated two racks of spares with an asian char Sui marinade from Wiviot's low and slow.


Firing up the 26 for turds and hot wings.


Using two charcoal rails for indirect.


Wings marinated in a chipotle/spice paste and bacon wrapped goodness


Ribs done - these are super tasty

Love the pictures guys!  I wussed out as it was -20 F this morning...but I am now going out into the balmy 0degrees to cook some steak and chicken legs..

Good lookin cooks so far guys!

I'm doing some wings and trying something a new filling on a few ABT's.



The rest I'm playing it safe with haha!





The kids love these with just Franks and a bit of butter, me too!

guess it is time for us west coast boys to fire up the grills

Just finished cleaning mine

Have been doing some finger foods on the SJS and the wife got back with some bananas, semi sweet chips and toasted  walnuts so I am sure some banana boats are in the works also
If we were meant to grill with gas then the garden of Eden would have had a pipeline

guys, it all looks great, We just finished dinner at 6:30 pacific time
I will ask for a bit of grace so I can post mine up tomorrow

A little picture heavy. Subzero mexican feast. carne asada, chicken tacos, nachos, guacamole and black bean corn salsa. i threw some pecan bark into the vortex before grilling.
