I didn't drink as much this time so I got a few more pics. I went bbq style this cook with some Sweet Baby Ray's. These were good, but overall I like the Italian style subs better. They're awesome the next day too. Just wrap in aluminum foil, grab from the fridge and pop them in the oven for 15-20 minutes at about 350.

What do you use in your meatballs Monsoon? A mixture of beef and pork?

They look really good!

I went fancy for a while on meatballs until I tried the basic Betty Crocker Easy Meatballs recipe and never looked back. I add a little more worcestershire than directed and some parmesan cheese and that's about it. They're all beef.

I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.

Man that looks good!  I'm going to try this only swap the Sweet Baby Rays for some good Italian pasta sauce.

Most definitely. That's what I did on the first cook. Add some sliced up hot Italian sausages to the marinara and get ready to live.
