Filet Mignon

$21.99 per lbs

Nice outside

The Meat

Bacon, Sea Salt & Pepper, I let them come to room temp about 2 hrs.

Olive Oil & Sea Salt

Fire up the grill

Half way up to temp

Grilling 3 mins per side to sear, 7 mins indirect per side to finish.

Resting for 7 mins

You could cut with a spoon. Fabulous!!
Wife said hers was to rare, that's when the fight start.

I had a glorious meal.
