I decided to make tonights snack for the football game out of stuff found at a 7/11 or in my case a Mac's milk variety store. I smoked a can of dynamite hot stag chili for 45 min using oak and pecan then added a brick of cream cheese and let smoke for another 30 minutes.

topped with a grated 200g brick of old cheddar cheese. took the wood off and let the coals melt the cheese.

and served with a big bowl of unsalted tortilla chips.
Super smokey and a new staple for football sundays.
