I got my Kettles set up with the Rotisserie rings and drip pans, charcoal starter and all the tools
The Turkeys have been brined and drying out in the fridge
I also made the gravy, and homemade Ginger and apple cranberry sauce
And stuffed acorn squash
Cleaned and sliced and ready for roasting
Brushed with butter and sprinkled with nutmeg and some salt
Roasted and stuffed with rehydrated apricots, roasted chestnuts and topped with a sauce made of brown sugar, orange liquor, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, butter, and cream sherry
I will top them with walnuts tomorrow half way through the reheating process.
Almost done
just have to smoke the turkeys and make some mash potatoes and a veggie dish. Can’t wait til tomorrow
