Chicken, Pork and Corn Bread!

i over cooked the corn bread a little.  wasn't watching the timer, oops.  still tasted great with some butter over the top.  :D

Pork ribs and chicken came out perfect! 
I only use kettles with lid bales.

looks like a great meal!  So you cooked the meats with a coating?  I might have to try that someday when I get better at grilling!

yeah i coat the pork and chicken with olive oil, then roll them in a mixture of bread crumbs and my favorite spices and cook with indirect heat.

i've learned, thanks to @1buckie not to use too much water in the drip pan and the results are crispier each time.  now i basically only use a 1/4 cup of water at most.  i could probably do away with the water but i haven't gone there yet. 
I only use kettles with lid bales.

I didn't use water the time I cooked the two chickens, and had no problems at all, they were so moist!

it was pretty good i won't lie.  thanks to this site i'm getting better with every cook.

there are some concerns regarding the increasing weights on the scales around the home.  but i just chalk it up to the approaching winter months.  ;)
