This is how I start the day cleaning my Blue Performer, with a roti bone-in Boston butt on the green one.

Well, the day is winding down. This didn't cook as quick as I hoped. It is resting now.
My Blue Performer clean up isn't as far along as I'd like either.
And, my team lost.
At least I'll be eating pork shortly.

Tasty!
That was really fun. First Kettle/Roti Boston Butt for me.
Great bark. Nice ring.
Interesting, it isn't super moist. And, there were not very many drippings. Water pan had water for most of the cook. I think I just lost more moisture out the vent than I am used to with my regular smoker.
Still very tasty.
