Taco meat and Cornbread

Have kettle about 375 and use 10 inch cast iron skillet.
Used 1 and ½ pounds browned ground beef drained if needed, add 1 batch Alton Browns taco potion and ½ cup beef broth. When the broth has thickened a little add cornbread in large spoonfuls and cook 10-12 minutes. I like Lamb’s and use just half a batch. Cheese and onions can give the cornbread a little extra zip.

I have never tried Alton's taco potion. Will have to see if that is on an episode.
