As always I'm super busy.....I hate that I can't hang out online.   But I still love my Webers! 

I found some really cute itty bitty chickens....2 and 2.5 pounders....so spatchcocked 'em ....and cut up some red taters, oiled them up and threw it all on the grill. 

As always...it's a crowded grill.....

Flipped....coming along nicely.  Yes there is a third bird on there now....haha heating up some leftovers.

Looking good. Did you par-boil the taters? I almost always do that (or microwave 'em) to speed up the process. Seems I can never time things just right otherwise and have everything done at the same moment. (The moment I'm hungry)

I hear ya there Marty.  As I type this I got four hungry kiddos asking "is it ready?!"  Lol.

I put the potatoes on first....and they cooked for a few while I prepped the chickens.  I have never tried par boiling.....microwaving for a few minutes sounds quick and easy.

Looks very good & very simple! I picked up a bag of red potatoes over the weekend. Do you oil, then salt & pepper your potatoes, or do you just wash them and season to taste?

I wash them.....dry them off....cut them to be kind of same sizish.  Then I drizzle some oil, either olive oil or vegetable oil.....kosher salt....fresh pepper ...oregano....then just toss all together in a big bowl.  With the best kitchen utensils around!
