Got the urge to cook up some Huli Huli chicken tonight.
Fired up the Performer - the little red engine that could:

Twilight in Pennsylvania and the smell of applewood smoke fills the air:

May as well join the Oktoberfest crowd while I'm waiting:

DONE! And every bit as good as it looks!
