A couple cooks this weekend...

I started with some meatballs and a bacon weave meat loaf, my kids love this stuff
Used the C&B performer...


Glazed with The BBQ Sauce from Malcolm Reed

And plated with taters, fresh homemade biscuits n strawberry jam

And the finished meatloaf, we'll slice it for lunch today.

First time doing store trimmed loin back and first time without foil, turned out very well. :P8)

It's still on my list for doing a meat loaf this fall!  My wife and I have a bit of a contest/disagreement on what meatloaf should be!
