Little Heart Attacks
« on: September 14, 2014, 07:43:31 AM »
I was inspired by this thread on the Smoke Ring forum:

http://www.thesmokering.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=49897

I have been wanting to try these for awhile. Very simple.
Cut up pre-cooked sausage, cut bacon in half, then wrap, along with toothpicks.
In my case I sprinkled some garlic powder in each "cup", then put the brown sugar in.

1.5 hours at ?℉.  So good!  These were a hit at the party we went to. They disappeared fast.

Q: How do you know something is bull$h!t?
A: When you are not allowed to question it.

Yup, I will be making these. Will try a few different spices. Some cayenne, garlic, cumin.
