Mushroom Filet with Cheesy Potatoes and Beans
« on: December 26, 2014, 10:21:30 AM »
For once in as long as I can remember we had Christmas eve to ourselves this year (immediate family), so I decided to cook up a late dinner for my wife and I to enjoy while we made all the last minute preparations for morning. Started out with 3 really nice tenderloin filet's, some russet's, mushrooms and a can of cream of garlic & mushroom soup.

plus some beans of course! ...

Into some tenderizing marinade for 20min

Wrapped in bacon. No explanation required  8)

For the soup, I emptied the concentrate into a measuring cup but only added the 1/2 cup of milk (skipped the 1/2 cup water)

Making some progress...

Beans removed from the grill and foiled. Soup mixture added to shrooms, boatload of cheese added to the potatoes and last but not least the steaks.

So close! ...

And finally a plate for you:

Merry Christmas everybody,

Matt
