It gets a little crowded on the table. I had to set up a little stool next to me to get it happening. If I had been more Organised and used smaller bowls for all the raw materials, it would have been simpler.

This thing is so handy and fun that I just HAD to use it again. I mixed it up by getting my Butcher to slice some pork neck real thin. And it was stunning in the Baby Rays Honey Teriaki.
And there is no way I was forgoing the prawns!
