Weber kettle lid
« on: July 18, 2014, 09:02:06 AM »
Had a lot of play in the lid and it seemed like a lot of smoke coming out, so I thought I would try and put a gasket on it and it seems like it will work, its snug but it fits. will see how long it last, put a frozen pizza on while I was testing cooked it too long got side tracked :) I put a lot of hickory chunks in there so I could get a lot of smoke as you can see there's no smoke coming from the bottom of the lid.

Got tired of burning my fingers so I put the gasket around the handle and the vent.
