CANNONBALL CABBAGE
« on: July 23, 2014, 06:07:03 AM »
These are best on Direct heat (prefer coals) but I had the Legacy heated up to try a quick cook / basting method on the ribs...

Not the sexiest thing on the grill but got hamn it's good... (the corners are the hottest zones on Holland grills)

Sweet. Love cabbage. Going to try it on Saturday. Think I will add some garlic and cayenne pepper.

I've played with garlic (sliced then pressed into the layers/crevices) & will give the cayenne a few shakes soon
