Stuffed green peppers and corn on the cob

Cooked some stuffed green peppers and corn on the cob and they were great.

Yum! What all did you put in them? Did you grill the corn?

The corn I just wrapped in foil with butter, salt and pepper, this is how I made the green peppers. on the tomatoes I used rotel , and added 2 cloves garlic, and used minute rice also put a little cheese on top.
