First time posting food pics......Im learnin'  The family was tired of the same old grilled items so I decided to try someting a little different.  I found a 3 pound pork loin roast in the freezer and marinated it in apple juice, apple cider vinegar and ssome seasonings.  I fired up the mini and put in on for about 2 hours at 225.

A shot of the mini in action.....

Afterwards, removed and foiled in a aluminum tray with more apple juice, honey, apple slices, and seasong and placed back on the mini.  I opened all vents and let it roll for another 2 hours at temps over 325, then removed it.....suppers ready!!

It turned out great and filled the house with a sweet bacon aroma.  The feast began quickly and I forgot to take a shot of plated food but with multiple "thumbs up", this will be on the menu again.  Tonight is my first crack at pepper beef stout.
