I got this grill from a Greek guy in NY a while back and I have configured it in so many ways to fit certain cook outs I’ve done in the past.
Here is the link to the source:

Here I’m used to make Kontosouvli, it a Greek dish- sort of giant Kabobs

Free Image HostingThis was an Italian dish called Spiedo Presciano
It’s made of variety of meats: chicken pieces, quails, pork ribs, pork shoulder pieces, bacon, and also potatoes and whole sage leaves. It’s cooked slowly over 4 hours til all the meats almost melt together

It’s made of thin slices of lamb or beef (or both), marinated and stacked tightly together. It’s usually cooked on a vertical rotisserie, but I improvised and cooked horizontally. Besides, it tastes better cooked over coals
I made both chicken and meat Shawarma
