Congrats On the sweet score and welcome to the Performer clan  ;D
What is the vent code on this beauty? It's not super obvious but
this kettle will darken up a bit when it get hot.

Thanks for looking everyone!  I am super stoked about scoring this.  It has "DE" on the vent code.

I just finished dealing with the small stuff today before I head to work.  Had to drill out the lid handle screw ...  >:( >:(
The lid bale rollers were a PITA to remove.  Some expected melting had occurred.  Will go with wooden ones when completed.

Basically now just need to get the lid and bowl cleaned up, then re-assemble.

The burner assembly still looks to be in good condition.  I didn't test it, as I don't have a small propane canister on hand.  Not too concerned.

I am jealous of the color!! I have a black gen 3 performer and it has made my cooks easier.  Wife says only way iIget another kettle is if it is a "cute" color.  I am on the lookout!

Awesome score!  Good things come to those who have positive kettle karma.

Can't wait to see it shined up.  Congrats.

I can't believe you got it to fit in the car! How long did it take you to break the whole thing down?

@Tommy B , I would say it was 20-25 minutes, but it was all new to me, so I think next time it will be half that ...  ;) ;)

This beauty is cleaning up real nice and easy.
A very small ding on the bowl about the size of a dime, and some minor crazing.

I do not like a black ash bucket on a coloured kettle ... my own personal preference.
I'm thinking of painting it much like @Jeff did in the following thread:
