By request...Peach Pie!

My lovely Wife asked me to make a peach pie ....so I did.

I love peach pie !


My wife entered a church pie contest and did peach pie.
She used Arrowroot for the thickener.
Apparently this stuff can leave an odd aftertaste.
It was funny watching one of the judges making all sorts of faces while tasting that pie !

Later the wife started using something called Clear Jel and that stuff does the job.
