The family is out of the he house for various reasons, and I didn't eat lunch today, so I decided to grill a steak. Rib eyes were on sale, bonus! I grilled up some peppers and Vidalia onions too. Cooked the steak for 4 minutes on each side over chunk charcoal. It came out perfect. I love these little sweet peppers grilled up, so tasty. Great summertime grill up.
