We had a ton of food at the West Coast deelie-bob last weekend & I actually need to make a general apology for two things:

One, for stuffing everybody so full of 'Turds 'n' stuff so fast that as we got farther down the line, people were almost too full for more goodies............

Second, i probably should have divvied up some more leftovers to send home with folks....we got busy loading kettles & time & organization got the better of me.......

With all that in mind, here's some close-ups of duplicates of some of what I cooked that day:

J-Ville Cheddar Brats, with World Harbors Cheryaki sauce..........

Baby zucchini w/ Lawry's Lemon Pepper ^ parm at the end..........

Bacon wrapped O'Rings.........

Tri-tip & pork tenderloin...........

Only needed one person to work the Thermapen this time...........

There's more, but I've lost track of a set of pics............
"If you want it fancy there is BBQ spray paint at home depot for that. "
    Covered, damper-controlled cooking.....IF YOU PLEASE !!!

That meet just keeps getting better. I need to try the cheriyaki some time. I'm really glad to see the legendary Tweety plate made a showing. 8)

I remember I needed a vegetable at one point....and Buckie produced some bok choy that was particularly tastey!
