Rinse chicken, coat in butter then roll it in some Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour. Then go to work. I enlisted the Caribbean for the evenings cook.

Going on.

Crack the daisies and cover.

30 minutes later.... ( turned once at 15 minutes)

Chow time! With mashed potatoes, brown gravy and corn.

Wife and daughter seal of approval received. Thanks for looking.

It does look good. That's a seasoned-steel pan, right?
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

          The kettle is EXTRA !!!!!

Looks fantastic! I've been using a paella pan for sausage and peppers on the grill, looks like I'm gonna have to try that chicken.

Thanks for the kind replies, Gents!

Yes it is an oiled paella pan. This is going on the list of "staples" at our house.
