That's on my list Mike. I'll pick your brain at the meet up. That has to be the fist time that pan was used. Mine is quite dark after a couple smoke-filled sessions under the lid.

Thanks, Marty!

That is the first trip for that pan, but my Weber pans stay pretty shiny with Barkeeper's Friend and a stainless steel scouring pad.  The trick is that the Barkeeper's Friend then needs to be washed off with hot soap and water-- it leaves a firm film behind.
