St Patrick day pic’s from 2014
We BBQ Corn beef of course. I used the seasoning packets on the top of the beef.
Also had Corn beef and cabbage, Colcannon and 2014 “Toad in the hole” bacon rapped around sausages with onions on top, baked it and removed the liquid then put a batter on top and finished baking it off (Easter one turned out better) she made a gravy to top it off.
