Those are some beautiful pieces of timber. Should end up with some mighty fine looking handles from that stock.

H C wheels are faded but OK...............

You want just the legs?

Awful rusty.....

I can most likely use the bowl for a particular project because of the smaller vents & the way the interior is............

Lool forward to seeing the timber turned into handles.. As for the bowl, what project are you looking to do?

OK.....I'll get your addy & get this going......some of the stuff is as nicely grained as I imagined.......
.....also have to do some pulled pork for the guy who cut the trunk into big slabs, he has 4 or 5 more to do....... ;D

Several, one being a Weber offset stickburner.....the H C might be just right for that as the cooking chamber needs only the top vent................. 8)

Turning a kettle into an offset stickburner would be a really cool build. An 18 as the firebox would probably work nice attached to a 22. Yes, please send me those legs. Thanks!

This would be cool.
Perhaps a piece of 18" sched 40 steel pipe as a center section/fire box on the 18.5, then piped into a siamesed pair of de-commisioned gassers providing some nice cookbox area.
Sporting Weber badges loud and proud.

Good idea there......... 8)

I have several beaters that I was looking for some way to re-purpose.....the deal I envisioned is an 18" with a flue (already have a rectangular cast aluminium piece for that) running to a 22-1/2" cookbox

It's most likely going to be nicknamed "The Shark"

I actually saw a smoker where the guy added an 18 to the side as a firebox, but it would be much nicer with a 22 next to it.
