Having some friends over tonight. So decided to chuck a few pork shoulders into the ol kettle with some apple wood chunks.

Yes! Grilling in the snow and in cold temperatures is the best! Gotta love the look on warm-weather-only grillers’ faces when you tell them you cook outdoors year-round, even in the weather you’re dealing with today!
