Stuffed Pork Loin

Bacon and mushroom stuffing, spread thinly over a butterflied pork loin, rolled and trussed.  Called into action an 18 black MBH,  HC IAP, SS SnS basket, Craycorts, Weber briqs, and apple chunks.

Quick question... what did you do to cook the corn?
I just put them on the indirect side for about 45 minutes.
