Started with this go to recipe here.

Added some lemons that were soaking in our Lynchburg Lemonade all day.

Smoked with apple wood on the 18.5 OTG.

Smoked salmon with home made cole slaw on the disposable china.
Some kettles, couple smokey joes, a preformer, 18" WSM and the wifes Q300.
