Roti Chuck Roasts

Did these on the 4th.  One was rubbed in Weber Montreal steak and the other using Weber’s brisket rub.  Cooked at 350 to an internal temp of 195 for sliced sandwiches.  First time doing these on the roti but was really happy how they turned out.  I got about even reviews on the seasoning but I preferred the brisket seasoning hands down.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill
