Man that is looking good! I have yet to try brisket.. once I find it on a grate sale I'll go for it
Current grills: 77 black 22.5", 70 Caribbean, 70 Easterner, Brave, 2014 Lime SJ. Eventual grail - custom w/ flat triangle..

Yeah the local grocery store had them for $7.99 and my local butcher had them for $3.99 for a prime brisket I got a steal
