Mexican Street Tacos on the Comal
« on: February 28, 2019, 07:32:07 PM »
Used the Comal on my dark green SSP for some real Mexican street tacos! Pollo and Carne Asada with some of my wifeís amazing rice. So bomb!

Love this cooking gadget.  Intersting enough for me to learn more about it.  Nice cook!

Itís new to me, but I really like it. Itís Heavy duty and Iíve used to like a flat top for smash burgers and teriyaki chicken.

How does that clean up? Or do you clean it up, or season it like cast iron?

itís stainless steal so no need to Season. It is a little bit of pain to clean because itís so big.
