Title: Kebabs on a Ranger
Post by: Mr.CPHo on December 14, 2018, 02:25:42 PM
These shish kebabs were made by mixing ground beef, cilantro, chilies, shallots, ginger, garlic, paprika, coriander, allspice, cumin, clove, and bay leaf.  Served with veggies and basmati rice.  Thanks for looking.

No casing?  Did you form the meat around the spits?

Nice cook and incredible grill and flavors you have going there!!
