Pan fried,with lettuce tomato and mayo. Instead of a BLT itís a SLT ! I love that stuff  👍👍👍

I prefer it at about 0 degrees. I use it as a centerpiece in the punch bowl for parties. When the party is over, I use it as a door stop for a year and then cook it for dinner.

Actually, it's really good sliced and seared like a steak.
