Anyone know what the internal temp of a SPAM loaf needs to be? 🤣🤣
BBQ:it's what's for dinner. Grails ISO: Red SJ & a Yachtsman (18" yellow). Also looking for Plum and Brownie 18's.

Just took it off the grill. Not too bad, actually. Iíll throw it in with my eggs tomorrow morning.

Im pretty sure itís cooked during canning so Iím not sure if youíd need to worry about internal temp...aside from changing the taste and texture.  I made grilled spam nigiri sushi for a luau bday party.  Good stuff!

I donít think itís a silly question at all as Iím sure there is a safe temp for any food once you heat it due to the fact if itís not hot enough it breeds bacteria especially if sat for a period of time. Even though itís pre cooked once you open the can itís exposed to stuff ( hence spam will still go mouldy )  .. maybe wrong but still think itís a valid question 🤪
