Another Malcom Reed youtube video. This looks like it would be delicious with the cinnamon and the pineapple.

I do another version of this treat. I call it a Rotisserie Roasted Spiral Cut Pineapple. This one was done on my Cobb Grill with my rotisserie.



Prepped and ready to go on the Cobb Grill.



About done on the cooker.





As served...makes a grate dessert
